		<description>Thanks for the insight Trey. I work with Universities a lot and there are varying degrees of engagement in social media at the moment. 

However, it can work in a variety of ways. An art college recently managed to find the culprit who had set off the fire alarm within 5 minutes via Facebook using the students connections! It costs the institution £3000 every time this happens. The College understands the business case now!
