Great post Trey! I agree 100% b/c it's not all about what your competition is doing BUT what best suites your clients. I know some of our competition offers some really cool products (I think) but when I talk with our clients about certain products they give honest clear feedback and I side with my clients wants and needs.

Our tag line has always been "There Is A Difference" because I truly believe clients are looking for different and NOT fade, trend, or ordinary.

I love the fact that this is such a simple approach yet no one thinks like that. We're all too consumed by what others are doing. By others I mean the competition of course, when really we should be looking at what our audience wants.

Being cheaper, more established, bigger, smaller etc than the competition are not really USP's anymore. But by looking at what the audience wants and delivering it are.
