By day Michelle is the community manager for Paris-based Synthesio, a brand monitoring service. By the rest of the day, she creates cool videos.
I caught up with her by phone and had a good chat with her about what it takes to create video content. She also shared insight for effective engagement on social media too. (I know, you’re heard a lot about “engagement” already; it’s sounds more interesting, though, when Michelle talks about it.)
