“Word-of-mouth marketing is the greatest thing since…”
“It’s all about stimulating word-of-mouth conversations…”
Okay. So, what IS word-of-mouth?
As part of their quite robust celebration of ten years of doing word-of-mouth together, my friends at 1000Heads put together a compelling info-graphic to clarify the phrase once-and-for-all. Visit 1000Heads for a complete definition of word-of-mouth marketing.
Why be excited about a firm 3,600 miles away from me, in another country, celebrating their 10th anniversary? It comes down to two simple reasons: 1. Molly Flatt and 2. James Whatley. Here are two videos of the United Kingdom’s word-of-mouth evangelists so you can see for yourself just how charming, captivating, and bright these folks are. Y’all enjoy now, ya hear.

Glad you like the poster Trey – it was equal parts fun and tortuous putting it together! And thanks for your nod to the 1000heads crew – it means a lot. Although you're wrong about one thing. The charm is just alcohol
I can imagine (re: the poster).
Hmm…the beverages at Bovey Castle were indeed exquisite. However, the vote is unanimous here: everyone simply loves your accent, and James' accent, too. Of course, both of you have such warmth of expression that goes much deeper and richer than mere accent.
So thankful for Scott Gould and Drew Ellis who did such work to bring us all together. Life is richer/fuller because they did.
Thanks Trey
